How an Element MEA HR consultancy engagement works
Phase 1 — Diagnostic (4 weeks). A senior consultant sits inside your business. Leadership interviews, current-state audit, system review, surfaced risks, costed roadmap.
Phase 2 — Design (4-12 weeks). The roadmap becomes deliverables. Org design, comp bands, performance framework, recruitment process, employee handbook — whatever the diagnostic surfaced.
Phase 3 — Implementation (3-12 months). We embed alongside your team to ship the systems. Manager training, communications, change management, handover.
Phase 4 — Stewardship (optional). We stay on a light retainer to help you operate the systems we built — typically 2-4 days per month.
