We didn’t start element because the world needed another HR consultancy. We started it because we kept seeing the same problem: brilliant founders and ambitious companies held back by people challenges they weren’t equipped to solve.

The startup in DIFC with 15 employees and zero HR policies, one labor complaint away from a crisis. The manufacturer in Jebel Ali scaling from 120 to 350 workers with payroll errors costing them AED 50,000 a month. The tech company in Silicon Oasis losing every second offer to competitors because their hiring process took 45 days.

These weren’t HR problems. They were business problems disguised as HR problems. And the existing solutions weren’t working—enterprise consultancies were too expensive, freelancers were too unreliable, and the “accidental HR person” was doing their best but drowning.

He leads client engagements across HR transformation, organizational design, talent strategy, and labour law compliance — embedding with leadership teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
