There are two ways to hire an HR consultant in Dubai. You can engage a consultancy firm and get an assigned junior team with a partner overseeing from a distance. Or you can hire a named senior practitioner who sits inside your business and does the work themselves. Element MEA's HR consultant practice is built around the second model.
How it works
Step 1 — Brief. 60-minute call with a senior practitioner to understand what you need. Strategic problem, operational gap, project, or ongoing advisory.
Step 2 — Match. We propose 1-3 named consultants from our bench. CVs, past engagements, sector experience, day-rate. You meet whoever interests you.
Step 3 — Engagement. Day-rate, weekly retainer, or fixed-scope project. Start within 5-10 working days. Engagement shape can flex over time.
Engagement models
Day-rate consulting — AED 3,500-7,500/day for senior practitioners. Used for diagnostics, design sprints, expert advisory.
Weekly retainer — 2-4 days/week of a named consultant inside your team. AED 18,000-40,000/month.
Fractional CHRO — senior practitioner inside leadership team. AED 35,000-65,000/month.
Project engagement — fixed-scope, fixed-fee. AED 25,000-180,000 depending on scope.
